my husband and i are having a "discussion" about whether or not essential oils are nonsensical or truly effective. i and pro-oils, he compared it to L.A.R.P.ing. please help me out with some resources for showing how essential oils are and can be used to treat aches and pains just as effectively as pills, etc.
