i have normal T3 and T4 levels but intermittently low TSH levels. radioactive iodine uptake test revealed that the nodule is hot, while the normal thyroid remained dark.
the only option being offered by my current doctor is radioactive iodine treatment, and i am gravely concerned about the side-effects.
