I know I want to keep my skin looking beautiful and healthy and I'm sure you do too! Aside from the beauty bit, our skin is our largest organ and protects us against the invasion of foreign substances, also serving as the transfer point for the release of toxins from our bodies.

Tip #1: Drink Water

It is often said that the simplest way to clear and supple skin is to drink plenty of water. Water has long been considered as the most effective natural treatment because of its being alkaline. It prevents dehydration. Try for 6 to 8 glasses a day for best results.



Tip #2: Watch Your Diet



Nutrition plays a vital role in skin health too. Acidic foods and dairy products are said to cause an allergic reaction in some people. The best recommendation is just to follow a nutritious diet that has a number of fresh fruits and green-leafy veggies, as well as fiber.
