Steep 1 fruit flavored tea bag in 4 oz. boiling water (blueberry is a favorite), let cool then pour over ice. Spritz with 4 oz. seltzer water and add 1 oz. of Nature's Sunshine Thai-Go for a refreshing and energizing beverage. Enjoy!
