Do you want to look and feel younger?

  4. Accepting

Lets get started.

Identification

What it is that you want to achieve or what it is that bothers you.

For example:

  • I want to look younger
  • I'm worried that I will suffer from heart disease
  • I don not want wrinkles
  • I don't want to feel old

Warning:this can be a very depressing exercise. But it is very good. You can only ACT on a problem that you have identified.

Getting started

The first thing to do know is to find a couple of quick fixes. Quick fixes are fantastic. A quick fix is easy and fast to implement and it gives fast results. As a quick fix will make you look and feel younger virtually instantly, they will empower you to take care of the the things you find more challenging.

With the quick fixes identified you're left with your challenges. It can be anything from preventing wrinkles, loosing weight to preventing a certain disease.

Think solution!

There is a solution to everything and you can find it. But many solutions take a long time to show the effect and you need perseverance to succeed.

For example what you eat have a great effect on your skin. To get young, elastic, hydrated skin you should change your eating habits to consume less toxins, drink plenty of water and boost your intake ofantioxidants. But it takes 2-3 months for before the change gets visible.
