Repopulate Your Gut Flora With "Redwood Hill Farm Naturally Cultured Goat Milk Kefir"

Posted Dec 04 2008 9:09am
I have been taking "Natren Healthy Trinity" probiotic before, during, and after being on an antibiotic for an abscessed tooth that was repaired. It wasn't until I switched to "Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Kefir" that my gut worked and felt better than ever. I've heard it would also be great after Candidiasis. One 8 oz. glass a day worked fine. The "Traditional Plain" version tastes surprisingly good. They also make a "Blueberry Pomegranate".

Published studies show that kefir strengthens the immune system, while promoting digestive health and overall well-being. "Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Kefir" is made with 100% grade A non-homogenized goat milk. Easy to digest, even for those with lactose intolerance, due to being partially digested by the 10 live and active Kefir cultures. Kefir is known to work much better than yogurt at repopulating flora, due to its molecular size.

It is thought that the word kefir was derived from the Turkish word "keif", meaning "good feeling". Kefir originated in the Caucasus Mountains of Russia, where people live well past 100 years.
