My husband and I have had a pretty healthy diet during our 7 years of marriage, but this year we are aiming for a diet that is focused around 75% raw foods. Check out these seven benefits of going raw . Some friends of ours have gone mostly raw for health reasons and we are inspired to do the same. Summer is a great time to get started because of the plentiful selection of fresh local produce and the hot days ahead will make cold foods seem most appealing. I am excited to try new salad creations and learn how to make raw desserts that eliminate flour, sugar, and dairy.
