Gastroenterologist and Nutritionist, Dr. Trent Nichols was a guest on The Gary Null Show. He mentioned that some buildings are so bad from mold that the occupants don't get well until they move out. He explained that one of the most important things you can do for your digestive health is chew your food well. In the stomach, larger food particles aren't broken down to be small enough to prevent IBS and food allergies. These larger particles are, instead of being absorbed, broken down by bacteria causing abdominal pains, belching, bloating, burping, diarhea, flatulence, gas, headache, irritability, or sinus pain.
