In the United States, roughly 2/3 of the population is overweight and nearly 30% is considered clinically obese.
But the problem is not only in America.
This spring I spent 6 weeks in India. And I was really surprised to see how the weight problem has grown there since my last visit in 1999. Back then I didn’t see ONE single overweight person and now…there where plenty.
