Murus

Posted Sep 22 2008 4:37pm
One of my absolute favourite writers of homeopathic matters is Didier Grandgeorge. He brings to light, in such a simple manner, the essence of all the muriaticums, especially Natrum muriaticum - the 'mother' of all muriaticums - and that is with the word 'murus'. In latin, murus = 'wall' and this one little word describes the essence of all the muriaticums. Whether within or without, all of them build a wall around or within to protect, ward off, dispel, or make invisible. Hidden behind this wall, murus, is a lot of self pity and an inner awareness of what is perceived as a lack of the self. But there is also a great deal of care and nurture functioning begind the scenes and this often goes unnoticed - all because of the wall. Food for thought, thank you Didier. Joy
