Motivational Tip: Treat Yourself To a Spa Day

An important part of your journey on the road to wellness is to treat yourself with love and respect. Make time for it. For me, I actually schedule the time. Mondays are just Mondays. Mondays are Spa Mondays.

The point is to do something special for myself, treat myself. Oftentimes, we feel frustrated and stressed during the course of a week. Work is a drudgery. The spouse is crabby. A spa day reminds yourself how important you are. Rather than always giving to others, you give to yourself.

After my spa days, I feel refreshed and restored. I feel pretty. I am in a better position to face the week ahead.
