Research has shown that people with a positive attitude not only ward off the cold and flu viruses but also recover faster from surgery and live longer after contracting cancer.
I have always believed in a profound connection between mind and body. Thoughts do not just exist and reside in the brain but connect with the entire body via the secretions of neurotransmitters and hormones (neuroendocrine system).
