This smoothie is great for breakfast, before or after training or virtually any time of the day.
It has a good amount of:
omega3 (if you use flaxoil)
And it only takes a couple of minutes to do.
1 orange 2 hand full blueberries 1 cup of plain yogurt with probiotics or 1 cup of regular or non-daily yogurt and 1 teaspoon of inliven teaspoons quinoa 2 teaspoons olive oil or flaxoil 1 teaspoon liquid honey 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
Peel the orange. Rinse the quinoa.
Add all the ingredients in a mixer add mix until smooth.
