This is an excellent post and video from Dr. Joseph Mercola, M.D., in which he give you several practical, simple ways to improve joint health. Unfortunately even though I am only in my forties, I've had several problems already diagnosed with my joints and not much in the way conventional medicine can help. But I am embarking on a simple plan my doctor suggested of losing weight, exercising, and switching to better quality shoes for support; I am adding Dr. Mercola's suggestions of reducing grain and sugar consumption and improving vitamin D. I love Dr. Mercola's simple, no nonsense, and usually no pharmaceutical drugs approach to common ailments. I wish more MD's would offer such suggestions and I am grateful that my own MD was willing to suggest simple lifestyle approaches to try first.
