Studies have shown that pine nut oil can remedy peptic ulcers and gastritis. It's high in free radical scavengers (antioxidants), can reduce LDL, and acts as an appetite suppressant.
Eliminating caffeine, alcohol, stress and smoking also help.
Happy to hear you're feeling better, Sue.
I have read quite a bit about taking extra virgin pine oil. I'm very excited because for the past 20 years I have suffered from gerd. I tried nexuium and I'm presently on protonix. Hopefully this will work.
