No you cannot. The yeast from a 'yeast infection' is totally different from the yeast in rice or that used in baking, or that used make alcohol from fermentattion. People who have yeast infections may possibly develop sensitivities to those other yeasts (known as saccharomyces) but they have nothing to do with a yeast infection (known as Candidia albicans). So carry on its good stuff!
