It may be a fungal yeast infection, STD or other condition. It may also be an area of contact dermatitis that is being irritated.
If it is irritation. You could use a
moisturizer and perhaps a little occasional hydrocortisone.
Being
tested for STD's is also important. Seeing your doctor will be helpful for more guidance and in determining what is going on.

All of a sudden i have white blisters on the lower left side of my penis . not red just raised off the skin and some are a little longer than a noral blister circle. What could it be.
