I have low body temp. around 35.5 - 36.1, extreme fatigue, anxiety, gained 20 pounds in 8 months, exercized and cut down intake of calories to 1200 (wasn't too high before) and couldn't loose any weight, really put on in the middle area. I went through menopause at 50 and I am now 53. When I exercize my body temperature goes down. Any suggestions on how to feel better? I don't feel like myself and am 5'7 and weigh 183 pounds. I was never heavy all my life now I am.
