I need to have my tooth pull out. It's infected. And the dentist really hasn't offered me the option of an root canal. Should I ask him. Since I really do not want my teeth pulled out. I was born with conginatal heart defect. Had open-heart surgery when 9-years-old. And I have to get anti-biotics each time a dental procedure is performed. I have not seen a dentist since I was 19-years-old. I'm leaning toward not having the tooth removed at all. If there are no options.
An infected tooth is very serious as this infection gets into your body. If you have not already gone to the dentist, you may want to try the following herbs that act as antibiotics: Goldenseal (1 part), Chaparral (2 parts), and Enchinacea (3) parts. If you can, get them in capsule form. Take this mixture every four hours and, as the symptoms subside, reduce to 3 times per day for one week. However, please MAKE SURE that you are not allergic to any of these herbs or possible side-effects. If you need anything else, please let me know.
