Humor Therapy

Whether you're completing your seemingly endless baby registry, changing tons diapers or cleaning up lots of spills, a little humor goes a long way.  Using humor when you're faced with a difficult or troubling situation will keep you relaxed and able to enjoy even the toughest tasks.  We can get worked up, or blow things out of proportion, so try smiling and laughing instead of frowning and spewing angry words.  You'll witness your sense of humor becoming contagious and those around you will feel better about challenging situations as well.  So the next time something unexpected or not so pleasant happens, try a little humor.
