You haven't indicated if your skin has special needs --- generally speaking, it's important to thoroughly clean the skin of make up, environmental dirt and debris prior to bed --- no excuses :-) Follow with proper (for skin condition and needs) hydrating products for face, throat, eye, lip and body. Regular exfoliation is important, as the skin is an avenue of elimination for the body and needs to 'breathe'....exfoliation also gives the skin a 'glow', as dead cells are removed in the process. Products will vary according to the needs of the skin. Dry brushing the body prior to bath or shower also helps speed circulation, exfoliates and detoxifies the lymphatic system. You face and body are all connected....if your kidneys/liver/adrenals are stressed, you can see it in your face (darkness around the eyes)....so tend to your body and your face will show the love.
Upon rising, drink (at least) a liter of water before you get out of bed to help detoxify the body. The cleaner the body, the more glowy the skin.
