The theory that eating more dairy products helps to burn more fat isn’t new. A new study published in the journal, Nutrition and Metabolism, suggests dairy products can help with a weight maintenance plan.
Early on my journey to wellness, I routinely ate two to three servings of dairy a day. It helped. With a lifestyle that included regular exercise and weight training, the added bonus of dairy foods helped me shed the pounds.
I haven’t been eating nearly as much dairy products these days. Not sure, but when the weather turns cold, the last thing I want is a smoothie.
