This is going to sound kind of odd coming from a body builder. It's harder for a woman to get a six pack because females generally have more fat deposits in the stomach area. You can work all you want, but you desire for six packs would almost require you to have 0% body fat. This is not healthy at all. Shoot for a smooth, flat stomach. Crunches and twists will keep you firm and toned. You could also try using weights and an ab machine, but as I pointed out, it's going to be an uphill battle.
