I love being active but my schedule wouldn’t often allow me to have regular workouts at the gym. Plus, I don’t want to spend too much money for workout routines I can do at home for free in my own time.
I have recently discovered Homebased Workouts, a website packed with tips and information on how to have a great workout at home.
