10 oz. Brewed Green Tea
1 Cup Light Vanilla Soymilk
3/4 Cup Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
3 Tbs Flax Seed – Ground
3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/3 Cus Fresh Strawberries – Hulled
1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
