Green Tea Fruit Fusion

For this refreshing smoothie, packed full of vitamins and antioxidants, you will need the following ingredients:

10 oz. Brewed Green Tea

1 Cup Light Vanilla Soymilk

3/4 Cup Plain Low-Fat Yogurt

3 Tbs Flax Seed – Ground

3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

1 1/3 Cus Fresh Strawberries – Hulled

1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks

Blend well, share with two of your favorite workout buddies for a great afternoon pick-me-up!
