1 1/3 Cups Almond Meal or Hazelnut Meal
8 -10 Dates – remove pits, soak in warm water to soften
1/3 Cup Raw Chocolate- use the best you can find
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Tablespoon Vanilla or Almond Extract or Hazlenut Extract – choose one
Pinch of Cinnamon
Place ground nuts in a food processor with dates – blend well. Add chocolate, water and extract of your choice and cinammon. May need more water, if too dry. Blend again – then make into small balls.
