Here is another confirmation that exercise is the best medicine. A study conducted by a University of Melbourne team on the impact of physical activity on volunteers of more than 50 years old on memory problems showed that there is improvement in cognitive function for those who complete three 50-minute sessions a week of moderate physical activity, such as walking, for 24 week as compared to those who did not exercise.
