Energy Share for Sunday
February 3, 2008

We learn by going where we have to go. Exercise is often the going that moves from stagnation to inspiration, from problem to solution, from self-pity to self-respect. We do learn by going. We learn we are stronger than we thought. We learn to look at things wiwth a new perspective. We learn to solve our problems by tapping our own inner resources and listening for inspiration, not only from others but from ourselves. Exercise teaches the rewards of process. It teaches the sense of satisfaction over small tasks well done. Rather than scotch a creative project when it frustrates us, we learn to move through the difficulty. We build spiritual as well as physical stamina.

Inspirations: Meditations from the Artist's Way

My apologies for getting this share message out late to you. So much confusion and breakdown in electronic communications this past week. But everything's settled down for the moment. I decided to shake things up a little and make a few changes...hope you like the new blog and the posts from yesterday and today. I've found that tarot and I-ching readings are more accurate for me than astrology, so I posted mine and everybody's. Enjoy!

I sent you all the balancing and harmonizing forces of the Infinity Seichim symbol and Hawai'ian Reiki. Whether there's thunderstorms, drought, or blizzards, look up to the sky and call on those energies to receive all that you need right now. I gratefully welcome the energy boost from you with open arms.

It's official! I've finally confirmed a departure date with my aunt, Joaquina, and will be heading to Palau for treatment on the first weekend of March. With perfect timing, as usual, all plans and intentions are coming to fruition. She and my other aunts and uncles have been busy coordinating and attending funerals and other family ceremonies. As the highest ranking women of our clan, my aunts are required to attend events concerning all the families and present contributions representing our family's support (material or financial). A cousin's wife is also in the middle of her first-time mother ritual process (more on that later) which will be concluded this Saturday.

Needless to say, between that, running the local family care clinic as resident nurse practitioner and representing the Ministry of Health at international conferences, there's little down time for my aunt.

Ke kmal mesaul (I acknowledge your great efforts with gratitude) and mau riul (until we meet again).

Namaste (The God in me honors the God in You),

Lydia
