A question that comes up on occasion is, "how fast should I tap?" I tend to tap at a fairly quick pace, but it is really up to the individual. You can experiment with different speeds and see if you notice a difference in your results.
Here are a couple of suggestions:
You can slow down your tapping to match the beat of your heart. This speed may be good for helping you relax.
Tap slowly and repeat at each EFT meridian point, "I choose to relax" or "I choose to feel calm."
You can speed up the tapping to a very quick pace. This speed may be good for instilling a new behavior or belief or for energizing the body.
Tap quicky and repeat at each EFT meridian point, "I choose to feel energized" or " I choose to feel confident."
There is no right or wrong way to use EFT. Experiment with the speed of your tapping and post your results on the blog.
