I am a pre-med student completing an internship for a new website called www.rateadrug.com, which is advertised as a user's guide to prescription medications and side effects. However, it has recently added a new section on Supplements and Alternative Medicine.
In order to find out more information about the efficacy and possible side effects of any herbal treatments you're interested in, as experienced by people who have taken them already, visit http://www.rateadrug.com/Supplements.aspx
This information is collected anonymously using surveys specialized according to the classification of the medication. Upon submission of a survey, you receive a personal score report which will allow you to measure how effective the medicine is relative to the positive and negative effects you've experienced. This information will also help other users of the site as the average efficacy and occurences of side effects are reported on the main page for the medication.
Please visit the site if you think it's worthwhile. If you do submit a survey, please indicate that you heard about the site from a "PPREP Student Intern" and type in my alias KAS85 so that I can receive credit. Thank you for your time.
