Cooling fruits for the heat!!

Believe it or not there are some fruits that are heat producing for your body, and then there are some fruits that are more cooling for your body.

When it is hot outside it is better to eat these cooling fruits so that your body does not over heat itself.

So what are these cooling fruits?
  • watermelon - watermelon has a diuretic effect, so it removes excess water in your body; it also helps relieves rashes and clears acne.
  • pineapple - relieves eczema, indigestion, and cools the body.
  • pomegranates - reduces fever, light on digestion, boosts energy.
  • lime - diuretic properties, relieves headaches, and lighter on digestion
Go out and grab a slice of watermelon in that hot sun!! These fruits are juicy and watery and have cooling effects on the body.
