Apparently school bureaucrats now believe they can FEED your kid better than you can. That's right.
Remember the fuss a while ago because the feds listed "ketchup" as a vegetable? Or the ice pops in the school cafeteria as a "fruit" even though nobody in their right mind would believe an ice pop is a fruit? Our high school lunch menu consisted of a slice of the greasiest pizza you've ever seen, chocolate milk, and a fruit ice with french fries. Apparently this met the government's requirements of a wholesome lunch for our growing bodies.
