Funny lady Loretta LaRoche offers excellent, and somewhat serious, advice for New Year's resolutions. How many times have you "resolved" to lose weight, start a fitness program, save money or whatever? I'm not really big on New Year's resolutions. Who cares about the turn of a calendar page? Every day is a new day, with the power in the present moment...it's the culmination of your present choices that creates your future. So choose the present actions wisely. You didn't get to where you are today overnight, and you won't change your thoughts and behaviors simply because the year changes from 2010 to 2011.
