Can I mix Ibuprofen 800 mg w/ acetaminophen-cod 3?

I had my wisdom teeth removed (4) and now have 3 dry sockets and am in terrible pain. I wanted to know if it is okay to mix these two because the Ibuprofen by itself is doing nothing.
