Gary Null said that Anemia is not a disease, it's a sympton of other conditions. To get the production of the red blood cells back up, he gave these suggestions.
No coffee
No artificial sweeteners
No caffeine
No carbonated beverages
A diet rich in iron (blackstrap molasses and green vegetables)
Folic Acid (at least 1,000mcgs) and biotin (at least 300 mcgs)
25 mgs of a vegetable source of iron, such as Floradix (1)
2,000 mcgs, 3x daily, of B12 lozenge as Methylcobalamin(2) or 2 ccs of B12 injected weekly by a physician
100 mgs of B Complex(3) a day with an extra 500 mgs of pantothenic acid(4) and an extra 100 mgs of vitamin B6(5)

- Apricots, apples, asparagus, broccoli, parsley, okra, prunes, plums, purple grapes, raisins, and turnip greens
