But if nutrition is not addressed, maximum effect of the effort being put forth is very unlikely to occur.

Good nutrition can mean many different things to people. To some, eating right means ordering large fries at Jollibee along with a super size burger or two pieces of fried chicken meal garnished with hot chilli sauce. To others,  maybe a diet coke and a few pieces of chicken nuggets.

As far as colon cancer prevention is concerned, eating righ t is revamping your old eating habit and cravings and relaplacing it with a plant-based diet. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains. These food should dominate your meal each and everytime.

You can search and find the information you need to make an informed decision about what you eat and how this could affect your risk of colon cancer. The internet is so information-rich that it is just a few clicks away.
