Yep! That was me (my profile pic), Colene Whitehead,  about 20 years ago! The picture was taken of me during on of my "thin" periods as I was wading in a cool pool in a mountain stream near our motel on a vacation trip. This picture is one of my inspirations. My goal is to lose down to at least 147 pounds. Can I do it? Yes, I can! My handsome husband, Kirby and I are on a mission to the "Land of Health and Wellness."  Join us on our journey!
