I am 66 years old and have found since being in my sixties, I have a more difficult time in loosing weight. Also, I have been told my massage therapists, doctors, etc that I am extremely "tight" in all my muscles and need to "relax" ---- how do I accomplish this?
Also, I have been experiencing more and more problems with my balance which makes some exercises more difficult for me.
