If you are like me, then you like to eat quality food that not only tastes good, but offers health and fitness benefits. Since 2001, I have been eating and drinking the
all natural foods and
health drinks I talk about all the time. It sounds ubelievable, but it is true that I lost 30 pounds in the first month of this all natural food diet and have kept that weight off ever since. In the meantime I have achieved fitness milestones I never even dreamed were possible, especially after age 46 and with no cartilage in my right knee. Now, I mountain bike 50-100 miles per week over very rugged terrain, play basketball, swim, play tennis, hike and feel better and younger than I did when I was in my twenties.
Getting old doesn't have to be a drag, but you need to eat and drink the right things, plus exercise regularly to stay young and fit.
