Power yoga is designed to challenge you on every level through a flowing series of vigorous poses linked by the breath. A strong form of yoga, but much of the strength comes from gentleness and learning to be calm in difficult situations. The room is heated to 85-90 degrees which helps muscles relax. The sweat purifies your body, making both the body and mind more supple. Please bring a towel or bath towel to class, drink plenty of water before and after class.
