After having children, I spent a good two years searching for the best time to really, really start working out. I needed a cheerleader to get me back into shape. I had the knowledge and the experience to make fitness a priority in my life, but I had not taken action. By creating a blog that offers Moms a journey to pursue their own physical fitness, I hope to establish a community of moms to support and cheer each other on to a healthy lifestyle. I received my Physical Fitness Specialist (PFS) certification in 2003 while stationed in Sasebo, Japan. The Cooper Institute is well established in the physical fitness world. They?ve recently begun to offer one of the seven nationally recognized Physical Trainer Certifications. I completed my studies and upgraded my PFS to the Personal Trainer Certification. On December 7th, 2007, I became a Certified Personal Trainer. I hope to help you turn your lifestyle into a fit and healthy one amongst the commotion of raising children, home and work!
