I agree. I believe you might have one or more food allergies such as gluten or lactose intolerance. The best way to test for these intolerances is to cut all sources of gluten and lactose from your diet for a period of one month and then reintroduce one at a time to test for a reaction. I hope you're doing well.

Hi skatinggirl369,

My first question is whether this happens to you all the time or with certain foods.  Depending on your answer, I'd suggest monitoring what foods you eat, the frequency that you eat them and the ingredients used in your foods.

There may be either a food intolerance or allergy - like gluten intolerance with an overconsumption of wheat (it's in practically everything!), or  bell peppers, eggplant, rye and barley.  A whole body cleanse can be helpful, particularly with clearing out the colon, kidneys and liver, along with probiotics for healthy bacteria in the digestive tract, and digestive enzymes to assist with digesting food.  You can find cleansing regimens in local nutrition stores, GNC (General Nutrition Center) stores.

If you do notice stomach pains after eating certain foods then you'll know to modify your meals accordingly.   Also helps to consult with a nutritionist on that.  And your doctor to ensure your diet plans is working for you or determine other possible causes to your digestive problem.

Hope this helps.

Take care,

Lydia
