Where can I find a non-narcotic pain management Doctor in Houston?? I have a client who is an addict.

Hi,

 I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern and I have a client that needs a non-narcotic Doctor and or treatment for chronic back and neck pain.  Do you know of any such places in Houston, Texas?   I am open for suggestions.
