When I brush my teeth, or hold newspaper or turn anything not big, i often feel point and or middle finger cramp.

My fingers, especially the point and the middle fingers, often cramp when I brush my teeth, hold news paper. Besides, I also feel severe cramps in my calf especially at night and when I do low impact. Can you tell me what are the reasons and how to cure the problems.
