when ever I drive I experience pain in my left leg behind my knee the pain goes down to my heel. It's a cascade feeling.

I took a drive to AZ (6hrs) and ever since then when ever I drive for any amount of time (even my 20 minute commute to work) my leg hurts.  it lasts only a few minutes after I get where I'm going.  I have sciatica, but that only affects my right leg.  I'm worried about Diabetes since it runs in my family.
