what would be causing severe numbness and tingling in my right hand

have severe numbness and tingling in my right hand and causes numbness and tingling in my foot. also at times the pain is so severe i can't lift my arm.

Pick up a copy of "Pain Free" by Pete Egoscue.  You need to address why the numbness and tingling are there.  Sounds like a pinched nerve, but you need to address the cause rather than just treating the symptom.  Call me at 615.771.8556 and I can answer any questions you might have.
