What treatment should there be for extremely painful ovarian cysts after hysterectomy.

Cysts keep reoccurring after hysterectomy and extremely painful.  Is there anything I can do to keep from going to doctor all the time.  What over counter meds? Vitamins? Exercise? Anything that will help.
