What do I have?

I have burning and throbbing in the wrist, palm and up the forearm to the armpit. I also feel that my hand and wrist area swells in the inside because of the tightness that I feel, although the swelling is hardly seen out the outside of the skin. I have the symptoms in both arms with the right (my writing hand) being the worse. I have been tested for carpal tunnel, however according to the test they state that I do not have it. Rheumatory arthritis has been ruled out. I've looked into fibromyalgia but I don't believe that is it for the symptoms are not there. Could the testing for carpal tunnel just not show or is this just nerve damage or something worse that has been unfounded? Basically my doctor labels the problem as chronic arm pain. Some doctors have thrown out the words overuse syndrome and repetitive use syndrome verbally due to the work that I did at my job which I did excessive computer use. What else can I check into to help determine what I have so that I can find a plan to help in my recovery? PT, Trigger Point Therapy, Cortisone Shots, Chiropractics, Lyrica, Naperson, arm braces, ice, capzasin, arthritis creams, rest, etc. has all been tried. Although I find some relief during parts of the day, when simple tasks are done like eating spaghetti or popcorn the pain flares up worse. I need to get to the bottom of this so that I can begin to live again a normal life. I’d appreciate your thoughts.
