I am a senior woman told about a year ago I have developed a condition called "Hyp O parathroidism". This is a condition that usually starts about 2 years after throid removal, but it has been about 25 years since I had mine removed. This condition is where my vitiam D is VERY low and my phosphras is VERY high and seems to be hard to control. A few months a go I started developing really sevier joint pain, with knots appearing on my finger joints, also headaches, fatigue and depression. My doctor has run numurous test and all are coming back normal, I go for a MRI on my spine this week. If anyone could give me some insight to what might be going on I would greatlly appreciate it.
