What causes chronic pain only when I am in a laying position, mainly at night, but goes away when I get up?
Posted by

I had a pain once like I was being stuck with a needle. I couldn't move in the morning. I got a new mattress and that cleared up, I think because here I am again. I have trouble with my arches and shoe inserts. Could that play a part?
